Internet stopped working and a day later received a new SIM card .. no instructions.. been on hold for almost an hour trying to get my internet back

Wont play all show apps. Keeps freezing up. Cant watch Hulu. Need to resolve soon. Getting frustrated :(

Lack of advertised service.

Advertised 25MBS. Delivered 0.25 MBS. No customer support. Would not refund payments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Plan to file a Better Business Bureau (BBB complaint) as it would be a Consumer Service to remove this so called provider from the ISP business to save other Customers the overcharges and frustration we endured.
